I just tried out Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD and it is quite the workout!! I'm in decent shape and by the end I was sweating like a madwoman!! I only did level one, which included a warm up and cool down, about 25 mins in total! She combines cardio w/ strength and abs! Really was a wonderful quick workout - perfect when you only have 30 mins to exercise. Can't wait to try the other levels! ;D

I love this DVD too...but I can only do one segment before I die. But that's ok. I keep doing it and as the weight comes off it'll get easier -- right?

I just did it this morning for the first time. No Saturday slacking here! My shoulders are achy, since I haven't been doing any weights, just cardio. I will be doing level 1 this week, and hope to jump up to level 2 next week. I just took my measurements as well, so I can track the changes.

I did it for two weeks and lost an inch in my waist (no weight loss but who cares!!!). Then Christmas hit and I've been struggling to get back in to working out. Now I'm Sun Run training.

I have started doing this video and each time I do it, I get my butt kicked.... and I LOVE it!!
i have only completed level 1, but I hope to work my way up to the other levels

hwere have people picked this up? was at wallyworld today, and they didn't have any, checked a couple other places - nada. i'm too cheap right now to order it online & have to pay for shipping!

Hey farmgirl, they also have the DVD on Netflix, should you have a membership there. (They also have a whole bunch of her videos on the "Watch Instantly" option, should anybody care to know.)

She uses a mat but it's not necessary and some hand weights. You really just need room big enough to jumping jacks or to be on the ground, Atleast for level 1.
I did this on Saturday and my thighs are still sore. I also couldn't eat after with out feeling sick to my stomach. I'll do it again on Wednesday (my day off).
I'm not the only one on this community who hasn't done it anymore! lol
I liked that everytime I was ready to stop she recognized that and her comments motivated me back into it!

I love all of Jillian's DVDs! I just received her 30-day Shred DVD and worked out yesterday - it kicked my butt!! I also love her Front/Backside and Cardio Kickbox DVDs. I ordered mine on Amazon.com for $7 or $8!
