So just wondering what ever had in store for exercise today? I tried out the Jill DVD this morning and will hop on the treadmill fora 45 min run tonight. YOU?

If I get this headache under control I'm going to do a leisurely 20-30 minutes on the exercise bike. Maybe more if I feel ok. This whole being sick thing is a biotch

Yes! Just marked that off the list for today. A jog on the treadmill and a walk on the beach for a total of 60 minutes.

I went on a hour and a half twilight hike at a local nature center and I coached Special Olympics basketball for one and a half hours.

I only got in a short walk with the dog today. Weekends right now are very hard for me to get excercise in.

Hi all you happy healthy exercisers! Yesterday I got in 50 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes of old school Jane Fonda step aerobics without the step...it's so archaic that it's still on *gasp* VHS but it's one of my faves. Today is strength training at Snap and then an hour of cardio yet TBD! ;o)

I find having an end goal (Vancouver Marathon for me) is the only way I stick to exercise. Today I got up and ran 10k. Every step gets me closer to my goal.

Wow, I'm feeling like a slacker here, did the Jill DVD twice this weekend and got a 35 minutes slip/slide walk in the snowstorm with the dog!

Well, on to day 3 and still no "formal" exercise for me... I keep saying I'm going to go to the gym but am apparently lost... I WILL TO GO TONIGHT!

yesterday I did 45 minutes of cardio at the gym. 20 min on the bike, 20 on elliptical, and 5 on stairmaster! I cannot wait til I can go an hour of cardio without feeling like my lungs are going to collapse I will do the Jillian MIhcaels 30 day shred today
