I went to the gym tonight and it was so great! For added motivation, I went while the Biggest Loser was on and watched it while doing cardio- this will be a regular occurrence for me now I think!

I've found watching the Biggest Loser while on the treadmill is a HUGE boost for me! I'm going to watch the finale of season 6 and do 45 minutes of treadmill tonight.
My darling husband is moving the treadmill upstairs for me where I'll have a TV and some room, so I'm ordering Jillian's 30-Day Shred!
