I am just wondering if I am the only gal whose scale seems throw a hissy-fit whenever I exercise? It is just so frustrating to work hard, and then the scale grinds to a complete stop whenever I get on with my sweaty butt-kickin'. Generally, it takes me a good two days of rest before I'll see any kind of weight change on the scale.

I'm the same way! So don't stress it!

That does seem to happen to some people. My philosophy has always been that either the weight is either going to come off or it's not and in the end, in the grand scheme of the weight loss process, it's not going to make a difference if the scale is up on certain days. If it's not "real" weight, does that make sense? Boosplace is right not to sweat it because if you're kicking ass by doing the exercise and sticking to your nutritional plan, you will be rewarded for your efforts.
I'd avoid the scale on days after exercise if it tends to go up in any event because no matter how much we "know" the good reason for it, we don't like to see it!

LOL... you are SO not alone! My WI is on Sat, and you won't find me near excercise or salt on Friday.
