So it's Wednesday evening and we're fast approaching the end of our first official week, how exciting!!!
How are we all doing food and exercise wise?
Me, I'm doing fairly well, getting tons of cardio in this week, feels like I'm addicted to sweating, hehe! But I'm consuming a few more daily calories then I'd like due to all the exercise.
No real struggles though!

I feel I'm doing fairly well, could definitely be exercising more- whatelse is new! But food, I'm doing better this week than I have other weeks, woohoo!!
Lynn, sweating is a very good thing to be addicted to- as long as it's healthy, haha!

Doing well with food and exercise. I need to make a goal of drinking all of my water. That's what has been slacking!

I'm doing great, staying right around my calories, +/- 10 or so at the most. Getting my 30 minutes of treadmill in, hoping to increase it tonight to 45 minutes.
I need to get my water in today, I can tell that I didn't do it yesterday!
