I quick fried boneless pork loin chops, just to brown them. Then I put them on a pan and smothered them each in two tablesthingys salsa, and two tablesthingys asiago cheese, then baked them in the oven for twenty minutes.
They seriously taste like a restaurant dish.
Calorie breakdown:
4 oz porkloin chop = 237 2 tablesthingys salsa = 10 2 tablesthingys shredded Asiago = 37
Total = 284 calories!
I paired this with a cup of sweet potato and three roast beets for a total dinner of 534 calories... and I'm full!
