ok ladies I want some advice. It seems like rarely anyone is on here so i only hope you will take time out and respond!
I have a treadmill but want to mix it up by doing some other things. I am wanting to know what sort of Workout DVDs you could recommend to me. I'm thinking of getting some different things in the next few weeks and would love to know what you ladies and guys too like to do. I've got several of the FIRM dvds and I love them. I have a problem. I gained LOTS of weight when i got pregnant a few years ago and my waist has went down south lol. Should I do more to tone that area? or what??? I had to have an emergency Cesearean Section with my daughter over 2 years ago and I feel like my abs are just awful and I feel hidious. So anything that you guys can recomment on toning the area would be helpful!

Hi! I hear ya about the post C-section belly. I've had two emergency c-sections, both vertical. When you talk about your waist not being what you want it to be, are you talking about excess weight? Or just muscle tone?
