Since I started this journey in 12/3 I have barely worked out. In honor of week one I have worked out THREE times! I'm stepping it up! Hoping to have a great number come Wednesday!!!

I do a minimum of 30 minutes of getting my heart rate up four times a week. I get bored easily, so it usually changes. This week it's treadmill. I'm walking then running like mad for a minute, then back to walk for a minute then back to run like mad. I did 2.25 miles in 30 minutes today.
I'm training for the Sun Run 10km during this challenge. I figured one would help me with the other, so I'm doubly accountable to myself!!

dee: changing it up is soooo much more effective at keeping the steam running strong. This is the first time I've actually made a serious effort to change it up doing all sorts of things to keep it "fun" and so far so good. That said, I'm only on Day 4 :-D

I haven't been able to exercise this week at all because I have been sick and it is too cold outside to walk and get well. I am hoping that I feel well enough tomorrow to start it up again.
But I still lost weight this week due to eating right and having moved myself over the last week.
