I have an exercise bike that I use on a regular basis. I've also got some hand weights, a resistance band, a jump rope, a mat and an exercise ball. I use them less often than the bike, but they still see use! So how many of you own exercise equipment, what do you have, and how often do you use it?Oh, and if you own equipment but aren't using it, why the hell not?

I have a dreadmill set up in my living room. I've owned it for a year and I use it 3-5 times a week. I just got ankle/wrist weights to wear while on the treadmill in order to increase my upper body strength. I also have a Yoga mat which I use once a week. I wish it could be more often but they only offer the class on Tuesday's.

I have some equipment. I have an XL Glider, a recumbent bike, a rowing ergometer, a "Perfect Pullup", hand weights, and a bench with bar and 80 lbs. in weights. I use them all, but tend to kind of rotate through the machines. I don't have room enough to have them all out at one time, because I exercise in my living room. I've learned that out of sight really is out of mind. So, I pick one piece of cardio equipment and use it for a few weeks, and then change up. I don't use the weights as much as I should, basically because the bench is in the basement (aka- land of eternal cold).

I just got myself a bike about a week ago. A treadmill that is apart on the floor of my basement that my husband was trying to fix untill he had other things to do. It will be like that for awhile I'm sure.

i have a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical trainer (one that one works the legs), yoga mat, 2kg weights, boxing bag(with nowhere to hang it up), fitness dvds. all were collecting dust for a few months until last week when i put my trainer besides my bed, dusted the bike and treadie off and set them up in our spare room, still have nowhere for the boxing bag as of yet, all our trees are dead needing to get cut down and the beams in the shed are half rotten so i dont feel safe hanging it up there....any suggestions???
