I just pretend the weekend is just another weekday, and keep on track of things. although, as i say that I'm baking sweet potato fries in the oven....

Saturday and Sunday are just another day that ends in Y. I am real good on the weekends. I just have to change up my points for occasions ie: I had a lite breakfast/lunch because I knew we were going out to eat tonight. I was able to save most of my points for dinner and a snack.

Great Idea for a topic Kadee! I didn't even know we could do polls! Cool! I answered that I stay OP most weekends, but that's not exactly true. I fit somewhere in the middle of those two I think. But this weekend I'm pretty darn happy with myself :-)

I try to stay "on plan" as much as possible. Otherwise, it messes up my week. I don't cry over the occasional indulgence shared with my husband though. What I do is to try and work things into the plan, so there is no such thing as a "cheat".

Weekends are tricky for me. If I'm busy and plan where I'm going to eat - I'm good. If, like today, I'm snowed in, I'm easily tempted to snack (probably because I'm bored).

Weekends are treated the same as a weekday with me. I try my best to eat healthy and stay active over the weekend. I try my best to do my best.
This weekends meals were healthy however I didn't get to the gym today(Sun.) I was away all day till 6 this evening. I really didn't have much time for blogging either. Weekend are always busy at my house. Two boys in hockey takes up a lot of our time. Sometimes we are even gone for the weekend in tournments.

Weekends used to be my splurge time, but with a Monday weigh in I'm much more careful. I've also started planning on making sure I'm busy with things that need to be done and it keeps me busy so I'm sitting around bored and eating. =)

I think weekends are hard because they are inconsistent. During the week I eat meals at pretty much the same time during the day. On the weekend we might have three meals, but more than likely we are having brunch or late breakfast and then dinner with sometimes a snack in between.
We also eat out more, although I am trying to change that . . . I don't know why I don't cook very often on the weekends other than it is just a bad habit we need to break.
