Hey A-Team! I thought that maybe since we fell a teeny tiny bit short of "Team Lean" this week we'd start a discussion on what we think that we could improve on this week that maybe you might have fallen short on last week.
Don't get me wrong, we did AMAZINGLY well!!! Me, personally, I had a hard time getting enough water in while I was at work. I am going to try to focus on this big time this week. I might even set a timer on my BB to remind me to take a good long chug every hour or so.
What about you guys???

I have no idea. *sigh* I'm working my butt off, and feeling like I'm not getting anywhere. At least, the scale is showing me no love. The only thing that I can think of right now is to try and drink a little more water, and see if that helps at all.

I've got a filtered water tap at my new house that I love! It's making it super easy to get the water in. I need to stop the night-time noshing. And move more. =)

Sometime I think that I'd be happier if my mouth had a zipper.... and a padlock. *laughs* It's been really hard to try and get used to eating the bulk of my food earlier in the day, instead of the evening. I think it would help if I went to bed at a respectable hour.
