Hey ladies (and gentelman) just wondering if any of you have your own home gym at home. I am going to be buy myself one in a couple of (probably months) and I was wondering what would be good to but, useful for burning fat (weight), toning, strengthing and building weight. My hubby and I were thinking of a bowflex. Any suggestions. P.S. both my boys want to work out and build muscle mass so keep that in mind. I want something for the leg muscles too. I spend $45.00 a month at the gym and the only thing I do there is use there elliptical machine. Well I just started to go on the stair climber the other day but that was just the one time. So getting a home gym would be way more beneficial to not only me but my whole family. I wouldn't feel like I was always away from home hours on end if I had my own equipment. I already have my bike, and treadmill which is out getting fixed from the house flood we had a couple of weeks ago. So any help would be appreciated gals. Thanx.

We don't have a home gym per se, but I love the Firm Videos (their lower body workouts are terrific) and the Wii Fit for strength training days and I use the treadmill or go outside on cardio days. If I were setting up a gym I think I might consider one of those treadclimbers (since you already have a treadmill.)
Sorry not to be more help.
